Stargazing

I have always enjoyed looking up in the night,
to watch a star lit sky,
Funny, how we do not find time
to do stuff that actually brings us joy.

Even if I did want to do it,
I would only catch a glimpse of a star or two.
That is still trying to be noticed.
They have not died down.

Our lights have outshined theirs somehow,
quite funny how distances can change perspectives.
The faintest memory of a starry night,
is of a town miles away from here,
in a house that is not mine till now,
That people? Withered away.

Only thing left with me is blurred memories,
and a faint fragrance of Polihora.
I was too naïve back then to know
people could wither away.

That the bodies that hoisted their soul so proudly,
would slowly decay.
Since then, a lot of people I knew have left,
Some for better, Some for worse,
That is why I roamed alone,
for quite some time,
Finding temporary companionship,
and let them go.

Make glass house where my heart wants.
Glass houses let me see the stars glow,
and they are easier to destroy afterwards.
So, if I leave unannounced,
do not mistake it for my rudeness.
Some people are too precious to see
the wither away.

So I do not, I give up before that can happen,
Some things are better left to imagination,
Like, your future or where you end up.
So that's where I keep too.
To imagination, to ignorance, and to bliss it brings.
So once again, all avert for on my throne,
I'm alone...........
